Remote flexibility is built into how we operate — not an exception to negotiate or justify. We designed the practice around distributed work from the start, so the infrastructure, workflows, and expectations already assume it.

Work the hours that fit your life
Not everyone wants a full 40, and we don’t pretend otherwise. Hearing care loses enormous talent by treating anything less than full-time as a favor — clinicians with young children, clinicians caring for aging parents, exceptional clinicians late in their careers who want to keep practicing. Flexible schedules are standard here. Not a policy exception — a normal way to work at Virsono.

If diagnostics is your passion, focus there. If what you love is educating patients and guiding them through treatment decisions, build your practice around that. We fit the role to the audiologist, not the other way around.

Never practice alone
Audiology can be an isolating profession — you are often the only person in your building who does what you do. Our audiologists meet virtually to work through difficult cases together: real case discussion, real brainstorming, real disagreement. Hard cases get a team, not just one clinician.
For patients, that means the audiologist in the room has the collective experience of audiologists across the country behind them.
Audiology is incredibly rewarding, but there are also cases where you walk away from an appointment thinking “What else can I try?”. Being able to talk openly with other providers from all across the country, share what we’ve tried, and learn from each other’s success helps us find solutions we may not have reached on our own.
