Healthcare Disclaimer

Virsono Hearing Centers operates licensed hearing healthcare clinics and provides hearing-related services including diagnostic audiology, hearing aid fittings, and follow-up care. The information presented on this Website is not intended to be medical advice and should not be relied upon as such. Visiting this Website does not create a provider-patient relationship. If you suspect a hearing or other health problem, Virsono strongly urges you to consult with a qualified hearing healthcare professional, either at a Virsono clinic location or with another licensed provider.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Virsono Hearing Centers with respect to the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Website.

Relationship to Earlens Corporation

Virsono Hearing Centers is a subsidiary of Earlens Corporation. References to Virsono or Virsono Hearing Centers in these Terms of Use include Earlens Corporation where applicable as the parent company. The Earlens Corporation Terms of Use govern earlens.com separately. Privacy and corporate inquiries directed to Virsono are processed by the Earlens corporate team on behalf of Virsono, while clinical care and HIPAA covered entity responsibilities remain the direct responsibility of Virsono Hearing Centers.
